My friend was really thrilled with her nails
Very good quality nails. Staff are very nice.
I have only been to this nail salon twice and both times i was dissapointed. However i decided the second time that i would go there again in case things had changed, unfortunatly they had not. The first time i was there they were very rough and also put the wrong colour on my nails. the second time however which was last week, was awful. my appointment was booked for 2:00 so i went there 10 minutes early and i did not get out of the salon until 5:35, therefore i was unable to attend work. I did not get seen until 3 o'clock so I was sitting there waiting for 1 hour and 10 mintues. I finally got to take a seat and got the acrylics put on.. but then i was sitting there for at least 40 minutes because they 'forgot' about me and allowed people that came in after me to get their nails done before me. I however am not an outgoing person and im quite shy so i did not want to say anything. I finally got seen and the women was very very rough whilst filing my nails. However 6 days later 2 of my acrylics came off so i went there to get them re done, they were rushing me so therefore one acrylic is wonky and both the acrylics were not filed down and so are not the same shape as the rest. Also the man cut me. I am not very happy with my experiences in this nail salon and so i will not be visiting here again. By the way the two nails that had come off are the fully glttered ones.
That's all I can say is Holyhead nails are brilliant I only have to phone or pop into the shop and they fit me in all the time even if it's last minutes x
Lovely people, always polite & offers of a tea or coffee when you walk through the door. Very very pleased with my nails , have started doing them every 3 weeks & I'm absolutely thrilled with them . No trouble at all between appointments. A very happy customer. X
