I rented a bike and gave it back without realising I'd caused some damage to it, I got an incredibly rude & demanding email the next day telling me I'd 'obviously had a huge 'off' and there was no chance I didn't know about this'. He demanded I pay to replace the damaged component which I was quite happy to pay anyway, and paid it as soon as I saw the email, although in hindsight I think it would constitute 'fair use' seeing as how I was using the bike for its intended purpose, and didn't have any crashes on the bike. I won't rent here again.
Literally cannot recommend this place enough! Owners are so very friendly, good recommendations and great knowledge of the area! Bikes are in splendid condtion, pricing is very reasonable. All safety equipment is provided, and a map as well upon request. Great to meet the owner, good man!
Super helpful & cool owners ! Nice sloop geometry on traditional bikes, & bosch e bikes for those with not much time or fitness to fully enjoy the trails around Betws y Coed.As a mixture of the above... I took an ebike; expect tough terrain in the red line, take the advise and map given at the shop seriosly !!!! Enjoy !!!
Really amazing couple, couldn't do enough to help us and definitely went the extra mile (quite literally when they picked us up because the electric bikes ran out!) Lovely bikes, super friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful ride!
