Parts guys excellent, service not so much with appalling attitude towards customers!I booked my mother in laws car in to have the windscreen re-sealed as it was leaking but as it was the 2nd of January the booking couldn't be confirmed although i was assured she would receive a call to say when it would be done.I returned to collect some parts for the car on the 3rd (incidentally the service from the parts department was second to none and would highly recommend them). As i was there i asked if the booking had been confirmed to which i was told it was the guys first day back and that they would call to confirm as previously stated.Since then my mother in law has rang up several times and has not had a return call to confirm when the job would be done, on calling back today to chase again she was informed that the car was due in today and should of been there first thing! She then said she could bring the car straight down which she did only to be greeted by an extremely rude obnoxious older chap who proceeded to have a go at her even though she tried to explain that she hadn't had the booking confirmed despite several calls.Consequently she left with the car almost in tears and very upset! If this is what the guy considers acceptable as customer service and to be shouting at women then he should count himself lucky that it wasn't myself that brought the car in.I have tried calling before leaving this review and was unable to speak to anyone in service although she would never return there anyway but thought it fair to hear their side!In summary the service is rubbish and not what i would expect of a main dealer!
