So different from a busy airport location! An easy drive from our Holyhead hotel, park 200 feet from the ferry terminal where the Hertz agent's desk is just inside the door. Quick, easy, friendly service, no queues.
We had a great experience dropping off our car at Hertz Holyhead. The service agent was efficient and friendly. Would not hesitate to use again
DO NOT USE COME HELL OR HIGH WATER! Arrived at reception to an unbelievably rude woman called Susan! The type of woman who believes the world owes her a big favour!We took photos of the car plus a couple of minor scratches along the side of the car before we started our journey!The very next day we get an email stating we would not be getting our deposit back and we owed 300 pounds due to damages!This is not the first case I have heard about Hertz and unfortunately I should have listened to the people before me!Stay well away from Susan and Hertz, never again!
