Would put zero stars if I could. Told it takes three weeks to get an appointment.... and because Im new to the area better go elsewhere if I need pills or anything before three weeks time... went to Longford and they couldnt be more helpful
Can never get an appointment always 2 or three weeks in advance. If you're a shift worker it's practically impossible. Called up to ask about my cervical smear and impatiently got told i couldnt have received a later about it (even though I've had 3) and I'd need to call back in June. I understand a doctor's surgery is a very busy place and it can be stressful, but sometimes the people who are calling are more stressed than you. It would be nice to feel that the reception team has just a small amount of time for your call. However the staff are much better than the sister surgery at bodedern. Called up there for an emergency appointment to get my medication as we had been in the process of moving and hadn't gotten around to sorting everything. Had a nurse who was very dismissive about my situation and made me feel very belittled.
