The service at this Surgery is terrible, rude reception staff, the Drs are not interested distracted with reception staff walking in to ask Dr trivial questions while your trying to talk to the GP never met such a disorganised team, you are unable to book appts online in all a poor experience everytime 2 stars was an attempt to find positives but they are none
Partner went to see the doctors yeasterday he seen Dr frew absolutely shocking she seen him for less than 2 minutes he had swollen lymph nodes under his arm she said there was nothing there and he is fine and made him feel very uncomfortable and made him feel he was wasting her time so he made another appointment with the advance nurse who was fantastic and diagnosed him with a swollen lymph node and told him it should go down but if it gets worse to go back on Monday and see her she will prescribe antibiotics then even the advance nurse was shocked at the way he was treated by Dr frew he has had a few appointments with Dr frew and each time was the same she was not interested apparently she is like this with many patients I don't even know how she is still there practising anyway my partner has put in an official complaint yeasterday and told the receptionist not to give him an appointment with Dr frew.
Useless surgery, rude receptionist, easier to get an appointment with the Queen!
Worst reception Ive ever come across, four times Ive tried phoning today at intervals of 12, 18, 22 & 28 minutes on hold and still didnt get through.
Good doctors, very bad reception. Struggle to get through on the phone and no longer allowed to make appointments in person.
