I had the great misfortune to use this firm a few years ago. The duty solicitor at Holyhead police station was Glyn Roberts. Not ever being in the position that I found myself in at that time before. I used him as my defence solicitor. This was one of the biggest mistakes in my life. He was worse than useless and having taken his misleading advice, it ended up costing me thousands !!. He simply didn't have a clue .If I could give this firm no stars, I would. I also would avoid this solicitor at all costs.
Next to useless plead quilty . its faster and its what they want you to do
Terrible service didn't know how much I would be charged for an hour, also sounded half asleep, either that or bored silly, not a very nice experience
